Hey there, I’m Natalia!

I empower leaders at all levels in their journey to discover their leadership styles and impact others. After building a 17-year career in Human Resources across notable companies such as General Electric, NBC Universal, Avon Products, and more recently New Look Vision Group, I  launched HumanStep, my leadership coaching and consulting practice to help companies become more empathic and human through my work with emerging leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs.

I’m passionate about partnering with leaders as they create connected and inclusive workplaces where all humans can thrive. 

Before becoming a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I held senior HR leadership roles in the US, Latin America, and Canada gaining a unique perspective into the challenges that leaders face their impact on their teams and organizations, and the most impactful ways to partner with and empower them.  My clients recognize my "ability to develop trusting relationships across all levels of organizations with expertise and human touch," adding that my coaching work has helped them successfully navigate their assimilation “to a new role in a new company, navigated difficult business decisions, and continued to develop their leadership style."

A native Spanish speaker, I am fully bilingual in English and proficient in French, which allows me to work with clients across the globe. I hold a Master's in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in French from Emory University.
